35 years ago, I had breast implant surgery. Over the course of those years, my breasts had encapsulated causing my breasts to look totally abnormal and very hard to the touch. Fast forward, I needed them removed. Dr Jain was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced my implants (both of which had ruptured, but I didn't know it) with the type of implant that much reduces the possibility of encapsulation and no chance of old-school rupture. The results are simply stunning. Soft, normal shaped and just the right size. The surgery was a bit complicated, but Dr. Jain's expertise was key in getting the results I wanted. Dr. Jain is gifted, and very attuned to the needs of the patient. He gave me a realistic description of what to expect and he delivered. His staff is wonderful--very attentive and supportive. Dr Dash is experienced and skilled, and it will all be worth it - I'm writing this 18 months post breast reduction surgery. I had it when I was 54 yrs old, 5'1 and 125 lbs. My result is outstanding. My breasts are perfectly symmetrical and natural. I had zero issues with the sutures, and my scars are now nicely faint. My recovery, however, involved painful burning that was intense for 2 months. During that time, I had days where I was tearful, could barely get through work and, despite trying, I just couldn't tolerate any activity that involved carrying items or extensive arm movement. The burning slowly improved over the next 4 months, so did my activity, and by month 8, I was completely pain-free.b Dr Dash was sympathetic, and I knew I just had to do the time. I wish now I would have medicated more and not tried to tough it out. I know everyone's experience is different, but if you're thinking about a BR, please acknowledge that this is serious surgery. Plan time to rest and care for yourself in honor of her good work. Know that you may have to cope with several weeks of pain, and medicate if you're okay with it. Dr Dash is experienced and skilled, and it will all be worth it. More
Dr. Dash is amazing! She is super smart and funny and did a great job on my breast reduction. Everything was explained well and pain was managed great. I looked at several surgeons and liked that she doesn't use drains (and apparently I didn't need them because everything went fine without). My neck and shoulder pain are virtually gone! I had a breast reduction on December 21, 2016 by Dr Jain. I cannot say enough about the high level of care I received in his office. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions before my surgery. After the surgery, Dr. Jain was personally involved with every follow up appointment. My surgery was around the holidays but I still felt supported by Dr. Jain as he encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns and when I called on Christmas Eve day with a concern, he was patient and eased my worry. I appreciate the level of care and compassion Dr. Jain puts towards his patients. I am so happy with my results. My breasts are smaller, symmetrical, and in general more perky and a better proportion for my body. I was previously seeing a chiropractor weekly for neck and back pain due to my large breasts. My neck and back now feel amazing! No more pain. I knew I would feel better physically after the BR but I underestimated the boost to my confidence and self esteem. Breast Implant Removal Surgery - After several years of discomfort I finally decided to remove my breast implants. I interviewed several doctors and decided to have Dr. Dash do my surgery. I saw her for two consultations; and she was genuinely sympethetic to the pain I was having to deal with, as well as my many concerns of having this kind of surgery. I never felt rushed or hurried at any of my appointments; and my appointments were always on time. My results are better then I expected, and I don't have any more pain. Dr. Dash called me at my home the night of my surgery to see how I was doing, and she also sent me a beautiful orchid. If ever I were to have any other plastic surgery done, I would choose her to do it, and would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends. More
Best Dr Ever! - Having breast augmentation had been on my *want to do* list forever. At 39, I finally was able to do it!
