Case 4921: Breast Lift

This patient desired breast augmentation, however, given the sagging of her breast, she needed to have a breast lift (mastopexy) performed at the same time to restore her to a more natural shape. She underwent placement of silicone breast implants underneath the muscle with an immediate breast lift. This ensured maximum improvement with one surgical procedure.
