Case 4921: Breast Augmentation & Breast Lift

This patient had breast implants many years prior and subsequently had them removed. She does not like the size of her breast now and desires breast augmentation with implants. She was noted to have a moderate amount of breast sagging that would not improve enough with breast implants alone. Breast implants will provide some lift to the breast, however, if the breasts are low enough, a formal surgical breast lift is needed to restore the breast to it's natural position. This patient underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants along with the breast lift to provide a fuller, more youthful, natural breast shape. She has an excellent result from her silicone breast implants and breast lift.
