Case 4180: Breast Augmentation & Breast Lift

After having children this patient developed sagging of her breast with a loss of fullness. She wanted to restore the natural shape of her breasts and improve the fullness with breast augmentation. She decided to undergo a full breast lift with breast augmentation with silicone breast implants under the muscle. The breast lift elevated the nipple and areola back to their proper location and tightened the breast skin. Doing a breast lift without breast augmentation will not restore the lack of fullness of the breast in the upper regions of the breasts. This patients' breast fullness was significantly improved with the implants. She is very happy with her results. Note: Her photos are only 8 weeks following surgery and her incisions will fade significantly over time.
