Case 3843: Breast Augmentation

To try to correct the breast sagging in this patient, a large implant was used to help give her a significant lift. The larger implant allowed her to avoid doing a formal surgical breast lift. With enough sagging of the breast tissue and skin, breast augmentation alone will not be sufficient to lift the breasts. In this patient, the amount of droopiness of the breast was easily corrected with breast implants alone, without the need for a formal lift procedure.
