Case 3031: Breast Augmentation

Women that are very thin and athletic appearing can benefit greatly from the more natural appearance that silicone implants now afford compared with the results from saline implants. Since the FDA approved the use of silicone implants for the general public in 2006, it has become the implant of choice for the breast enlargement using implants. This patient is a great example of how breast enlargement with implants does not have to look "fake" if the correct size and shape implant is used. Despite the thin torso and lack of significant breast tissue of her own, she has a very natural look with her breast implants.
